Article 2 Establishment of the Railways Pension Scheme
(1)
The Railways Pension Scheme is established as an occupational pension scheme in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Order.
(2)
The Railways Pension Scheme shall be administered and managed in accordance with those provisions.
(3)
The Railways Pension Trustee Company Limitedf1 is appointed the first trustee in relation to that Scheme.
