  "text": "If a Designated Employer decides to adopt the Defined Contribution Arrangement, then the Deed of Establishment and Participation shall set out which of (a) to (c) and (f) of Clause 3D (Defined Benefit Arrangement) it has chosen to apply to Members of the new Section. The Designated Employer shall notify Members of the rate at which it and any other Participating Employers participating in the Section shall contribute to the Section.",
