  "text": "The Designated Employer may by deed agree with the Trustee and the Participating Employers participating in its Section that another Participating Employer participating in the Section shall in future be the Designated Employer for the Section. The new Designated Employer shall agree to apply to become a member of Railtrust Holdings Limited and shall notify the Pensions Committee accordingly.",
