  "text": "Except where benefits payable under the rules of the Defined Contribution Arrangement are secured by buying an annuity contract, pensions are payable every 4 weeks in arrears. A proportionate payment shall be made for any period of less than 4 weeks. Pension shall be paid for the 4 week period in which a pensioner dies.\nIn the event that any payment is paid late, the Trustee may increase it to take account of the late payment.",
