# The Railways Pension Scheme Order 1994, Paragraph 7H: Protected Persons


Where, in relation to a Protected Person, the provisions of this Pension Trust or the Rules do not satisfy the requirements of the Railway Pensions (Protection and Designation) Order 1994, then the Pension Trust and the Rules shall be operated in relation to that person in such a way as to ensure that they do comply with that Order.
