  "text": "If any Member’s Service becomes Contracted–out by reference to the Scheme under the Pensions Act this Clause shall override any inconsistent provisions of the Pension Trust and Rules (other than Clause 8A (Commutation: Triviality)) except where those provisions provide contracted–out benefits additional to those set out in this Clause 9.",
