  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order prescribes classes of persons whose membership of the 1994 Pensioners Section of the Railways Pension Scheme is to be disregarded for the purpose of determining whether that section satisfies the conditions in paragraph 11(3) of Schedule 11 to the Railways Act 1993. The prescribed persons are those admitted to membership of that section with effect from 30th December 2000 who were formerly members of the BR section of the Railways Pension Scheme.\nA regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business, charities, voluntary bodies or the private sector.",
