Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Railways (Rateable Value) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.

(2)

In this Order “the Company” means the Northern Ireland Railway Company Limited and includes any successor company.

(3)

Any reference in this Order to Part IV means Part IV of Schedule 12 to the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977.
