Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order –

  • “the Company” means the Northern Ireland Railways Company Limited; and

  • “relevant preceding year” means the year preceding the year in question.

(2)

Any reference in this Order to Part IV means Part IV of Schedule 12 to the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977.
