  "text": "The relevant maximum amount in respect of a class of hereditaments is the amount produced by calculating in accordance with the formula—\n1.2AM and the relevant minimum amount in respect of a class of hereditaments is the amount produced by calculating in accordance with the formula—\n0.895AM where\nA is the amount specified in relation to that class in column 2 of the Schedule, and\nM is the non-domestic rating multiplier applicable to that class in pursuance of paragraph 2 of Schedule 7 to the Act.",
