  "text": "(1) The rateable value of railway hereditaments occupied by Docklands Light Railway Limited (“Docklands hereditaments”) shall be—\n(a) in the year beginning on 1st April 1990, £227,500;\n(b) in the year beginning on 1st April 1991, £341, 250;\n(c) in the year beginning on 1st April 1992—\n(i) £455,000 during the period ending with 25th April 1992, and\n(ii) £700,000 thereafter;\n(d) in the year beginning on 1st April 1993, £700,000.",
