# The Railways (Registers) Order 1994, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st April 1994
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 72(7) and (8) and section 73(5) and (6) of the Railways Act 1993 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
