  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order prescribes the hours during which the register maintained by the Rail Regulator under section 72 of the Railways Act 1993 and the register maintained by the Director of Passenger Rail Franchising under section 73 of the Railways Act 1993 are to be available for public inspection. This Order also prescribes the fees to be paid for the supply of a copy of, or extract from, either of the registers.",
