# The Railways Regulations 1998, Paragraph 7: The Parliamentary Commissioner


In the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967, in Schedule 2 (departments and authorities subject to investigation) the following entry shall be inserted at the appropriate place:—
“The International Rail Regulator”.
