# The Railways Regulations 1998, Paragraph 8: Parliamentary disqualification etc.


In Part III of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975, the following entry shall be inserted at the appropriate place:—
“The International Rail Regulator”;
and the same insertion shall be made in Part III of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975.
