The information referred to in paragraph 11 shall in all cases include—

(a)

particulars of the nature and maintenance of rolling stock, in particular as regards safety standards; and

(b)

particulars of the qualifications of personnel responsible for safety and details of personal training including appropriate written proof of compliance with qualification requirements.
