Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Railways (Safety Case) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.
(2)
In these Regulations, “the 2000 Regulations” means the Railways (Safety Case) Regulations 2000f1.
