# The Railways (Safety Case) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 6: Amendments


In regulation 5—
(a) paragraphs (3), (4)(d) and (6)(b) shall be omitted; and
(b) in paragraph (9), there shall be omitted the words—
(i) “or, where applicable, the assessment body,”, and
(ii) “and, where applicable, the assessment body”.
