# The Railways (Safety Case) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 7: Amendments


In regulation 7—
(a) in paragraph (9), there shall be omitted the words—
(i) “or, where applicable, the assessment body”, and
(ii) “and, where applicable, the assessment body”; and
(b) paragraph (10) shall be omitted.
