# The Railways (Safety Case) Regulations 1994, Paragraph 2


Particulars to demonstrate that the arrangements and criteria referred to in paragraph 1(a) will enable him before accepting a safety case or revision thereof to be satisfied on the matters referred to in regulation 2(4).
