# The Railways (Safety Case) Regulations 2000, 


In the definition of “railway operator” in regulation 2(1) of the Railways (Safety Critical Work) Regulations 1994, in place of “the Railways (Safety Case) Regulations 1994” there shall be substituted “the Railways (Safety Case) Regulations 2000”.
