# The Railways (Safety Case) Regulations 2000, 


In the definition of “infrastructure controller” in regulation 2(1) of the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Rail Regulations 1996, in place of “the Railways (Safety Case) Regulations 1994” there shall be substituted “the Railways (Safety Case) Regulations 2000”.
