  "text": "TRANSPORT\nMade 17th July 2006\nLaid before Parliament 20th July 2006\nComing into force 1 October 2006\nThe Secretary of State, makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 248(4) of the Transport Act 2000 .\nIn accordance with section 248(5) of that Act he has consulted the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee and with such other representative organisations as he thinks fit.",
