  "text": "Infrastructure Planning\nMade 13th May 2015\nComing into force 14th May 2015\nThe Rampion Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014 (“the Order”), which granted development consent within the meaning of the Planning Act 2008 (“the Act”), contains correctable errors within the meaning of the Act.\nBefore the end of the relevant period, as defined in paragraph 1(6)(a) of Schedule 4 to the Act, the Secretary of State received a written request from the applicant for the correction of errors and omissions in the Order under paragraph (1)(5)(a) of Schedule 4 to the Act, and issued a statement that the Secretary of State was considering making corrections under paragraph (1)(5)(b) of Schedule 4 to the Act.\nThe Secretary of State has informed Mid Sussex District Council, the South Downs National Park Authority, West Sussex County Council, Adur District Council, Worthing District Council and Horsham District Council, the local planning authorities for the area in which the land to which the Order relates is situated, that the request has been received and the statement issued, in accordance with paragraph 1(7) of Schedule 4 to the Act.\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1(4) and 1(8) of Schedule 4 to the Act, makes the following Order:",
