  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order abolishes, on 1st April 2001, the Rampton Hospital Authority (“the Authority”), a Special Health Authority established under section 11 of the National Health Service Act 1977 by the Authorities for the Ashworth, Broadmoor and Rampton Hospital Authorities (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1996.\nThe Order also makes provision for the transfer of officers, property, rights and liabilities of the Authority and for the winding up of its affairs.",
