  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order confirms, with modifications, a Scheme submitted by the Environment Agency making provision for the reconstitution of the Ramsey Internal Drainage Board so that the number of elected members is reduced from nine to five.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.",
