# The Rate Limitation (Prescribed Maximum) (Rates) Order 1988, Article 3: Prescription of maximum rates


There is hereby prescribed under section 1 of the Act, for the financial year beginning on 1st April 1988, as the maximum rate for an authority listed in the Schedule to this Order, the amount there set against the name of the authority.
