# The Rate Support Grant (Scotland) (No.2) Order 1987, Article 3: Variation of needs element for 1987-88 and its apportionment


The amount of the needs element for the year 1987-88, which was prescribed as £1,608,560,000 by article 2(2) of the 1987 Order, is hereby varied to £1,406,270,307.
