Article 14 Variation of needs element for 1984-85 and its apportionment

There shall be apportioned to each local authority set out in column 1 of the table in Schedule 5 to this Order the amount of the needs element for the year 1984-85 set out in column 2 of that table opposite to the name of that authority which amounts are, in total, £1,439,310,144.
