# The Rate Support Grant (Scotland) (No.3) Order 1987, Article 16: Variation of needs element for 1985-86 and its apportionment


The amount of the needs element for the year 1985-86, which was varied to £1,391,308,228 by article 11 of the 1987 Order, is hereby further varied to £1,392,092,301.
