# The Rate Support Grant (Scotland) Order 1987, Article 11: Variation of needs element for 1985-86 and its apportionment


The amount of the needs element for the year 1985-86, which was varied to £1,383,949,142 by article 6 of the 1986 Order, is hereby further varied to £1,391,308,228.
