Article 12 Variation of needs element for 1985-86 and its apportionment

There shall be apportioned to each local authority set out in column 1 of the table in Schedule 4 to this Order the amount of the needs element for the year 1985-86 set out in column 2 of that table opposite to the name of that authority.
