Article 16 Revocation

Article 4 of, and Schedule 2 to, the 1986 Order (which made provision for the apportionment of the needs element for 1986-87), article 7 of, and Schedule 3 to, that Order (which made provision for the apportionment of the needs element for 1985-86) and article 13 of, and Schedule 4 to, the 1985 No. 4 Order (which made provision for the apportionment of the needs element for 1984-85) are hereby revoked.
