# The Rate Support Grant (Scotland) Order 1987, Article 4: Domestic rate reduction for 1987-88


The amount prescribed for the year 1987-88 for the purposes of section 7(1) of the 1966 Act (reduction of rates on dwellings by reference to the domestic element) shall be 7 pence in the pound, being the amount which in my opinion corresponds to the amount of the domestic element for that year, as prescribed by article 2(2) of this Order.
