# The Rate Support Grant (Scotland) Order 1988, Article 12: Variation of needs element for 1985-86 and its apportionment


The amount of the needs element for the year 1985-86, which was varied to £1,392,092,301 by article 16 of the 1987 No. 3 Order, is hereby further varied to £1,395,259,747.
