Article 14 Revocation

The following provisions of the 1987 No. 3 Order are hereby revoked—

(a)

article 3(2) and Schedule 3 (apportionment of remaining part of needs element for 1988-89);

(b)

article 8 and Schedule 4 (apportionment of needs element for 1987-88);

(c)

article 13 and Schedule 5 (apportionment of needs element for 1986-87); and

(d)

article 17 and Schedule 6 (apportionment of needs element for 1985-86).
