# The Rate Support Grant (Scotland) Order 1988, Article 3: Variation of needs element for 1988-89 and its apportionment


The amount of the needs element for the year 1988-89, which was prescribed as £1,730,230,000 by article 2(2) of the 1987 No. 3 Order, is hereby varied to £1,590,176,128.
