Article 11 Revocation

There are hereby revoked—

(a)

article 4 of, and Schedule 2 to, the 1988 Order (apportionment of remaining part of needs element for 1988-89); and

(b)

the following provisions of the 1988 (No.2) Order:—

(i)

article 4 and Schedule 2 (apportionment of needs element for 1987-88);

(ii)

article 8 and Schedule 3 (apportionment of needs element for 1986-87).
