Article 7 Variation of needs element for 1987-88 and its apportionment

There shall be apportioned to each local authority set out in column 1 of the table in Schedule 3 to this Order the amount of the needs element for the year 1987-88 set out in column 2 of that table opposite to the name of that authority.
