  "text": "The following bodies are hereby specified for the purposes of section 56(9)(a) of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 namely:—\n(a) The Local Government Training Board;\n(b) The Fire Services Examinations Board;\n(c) The Local Authorities' Race Relations Information Exchange;\n(d) The Local Authority Management Services and Computer Committee (LAMSAC);\n(e) The Local Authorities' Conditions of Service Advisory Board;\n(f) The National Foundation for Educational Research;\n(g) The Further Education Staff College;\n(h) The National Institute of Adult Continuing Education;\n(i) The Local Government International Bureau; and\n(j) The Local Authorities Co-ordinating Body on Trading Standards.",
