  "text": "In this Act—\n“the Department” means the Department of Finance and Personnel;\n“the Housing Executive” means the Northern Ireland Housing Executive;\n“the principal Order” means the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 (NI 28);\n“the 2004 Order” means the Rates (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (NI 4);\n“statutory provision” has the meaning given in section 1(f) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (c. 33).",
