  "text": "(1) Except as provided by subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on such day or days as the Department of Finance and Personnel may by order appoint.\n(2) The following sections come into operation on the day after Royal Assent—\n(a) section 5,\n(b) this section,\n(c) section 7.",
