# The Rates (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998, Article 11: Saving


Nothing in this Order shall affect the right of the Foyle Fisheries Commission to make and levy a rate on every fishery under section 22 of the 1952 c. 5 (N.I.). Foyle Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1952.
