Article 2 Relevant year

In article 2 of the Rates and Precepts (Final Adjustments) Order 1991 (“the 1991 Order”)^f1, in the definition of “relevant year”, after “subsequent financial year” there is added “until, and including, the financial year beginning in 1999”.
