  "heading": "Duties of public bodies with respect to alterations in valuation list",
  "text": "(1) If in the course of the exercise of its functions any relevant information comes to the notice of a public body , it shall be the duty of that body to inform the district valuer.\n(2) In this Article—\n“inform” includes, in relation to a public body, giving relevant information in the possession or control of that body;\n“public body” means—\n(a)a body established by or under a statutory provision; or\n(b)a department of the Government of the United Kingdom;\n“relevant information” means information which is relevant to a decision whether to alter a valuation list;\n“valuation list” includes a valuation list which has been issued but which has not yet come into force.",
