  "text": "Rates\nMade 26th February 2015\nComing into operation 1st April 2015\nThis Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 33A(2A) of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977.\nIt appears to the Department of Finance and Personnel (“the Department”) expedient to make provision under that Article in connection with changes to local government districts.\nAccordingly the Department makes the following Order.",
