# Rating (Disabled Persons) Act 1978, Paragraph 4


Where the hereditament is within section 1(2)(c) the rebate shall be equal to the rates that would be chargeable on the hereditament for the rebate period if its rateable value were so much only of its rateable value as is attributable to the heating installation.
