# Rating (Disabled Persons) Act 1978, Paragraph 8


Where the amount of any rebate is determined in accordance with paragraph 2, 3, 6 or 7(1) above, the rating authority may, if they think fit, increase the rebate by an additional amount equal to one-fifth of the amount so determined.
