  "text": "In Schedule 6—\n(a) in the heading to Part 2, after “Northern Ireland” insert “, the Office of Rail Regulation”;\n(b) in Part 2, Section 1—\n(i) after paragraph 9 insert—\n“9A. The powers of an authorised person acting on behalf of the Office of Rail Regulation—\n(a) do not include the powers in paragraph 1(m) or (n);\n(b) only apply in relation to non-domestic premises.”;\n(ii) omit paragraph 10; and\n(c) in Part 2, Section 2, after paragraph 19 insert—\n“20. This section does not apply to an authorised person acting on behalf of the Office of Rail Regulation.”.",
