# The REACH Enforcement Regulations 2008, Paragraph 7A

Extent: N.I.

The persons referred to in paragraph 6 in respect of retained REACH are—
(a) the retained REACH Agency;
(b) the appropriate authorities;
(c) an enforcing authority.
